Pinellas Park's Cajun Cafe on the Bayou has a reputation for putting on kick-ass specialty beer celebrations under its open-air pavilion along Cross Bayou, and the Sour, Berliner Weisse & Lambic Festival is no different.
Now in its eighth year and planned for 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, the fest spotlights a bottomless sampling of 100-plus sour brews. Regulars, however, know the sudsy showcase is more about savoring what they're tasting than getting wasted.
Tickets — available online — include a Cajun plate of red beans and rice, crawfish cornbread and chicken étouffée (to name a few), plus passed bites like bacon-wrapped sausages and bread pudding. Don't miss the fundraiser for Dunedin Doggie Rescue or Hopcloth's beer merch, either.
Day-of admission sales are cash only.
