Guests and their #BrunchSquad are encouraged to flock to Rooster & the Till's inaugural pop-up brunch at the end of the month. The Seminole Heights restaurant began accepting reservations Friday afternoon.

Hosted 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 29, the limited-seating meal from partners Ferrell Alvarez and Ty Rodriguez will offer a small "good-shit-you-want-to-eat menu" in addition to wine, mimosas and other brunchy cocktails. Jamison B. Breadhouse Bakes will showcase pastries and breads, and additional surprises are planned.

Rooster's received many requests for brunch over the last year, chef Alvarez said in a statement. He and the crew wanted to fulfill the demand without saturating the market.

"This gives us an opportunity to put fun, creative twists on the average brunch offerings — plus it's a chance for the crew to get playful and execute things outside of our menu and daily service," Alvarez said.
