The Revolution Ice Cream Co., which took home a Best of the Bay award for "Best Ben-and-Jerry's-better-watch-out ice cream shop" in 2013, has debuted its latest location to the region.
Know for one-of-a-kind creations like buttered pancake ice cream topped with maple syrup, The Rev's new shop at 6701 N. Florida Ave. opened its doors Wednesday. Ybor City Wine Bar is set to join the ice cream parlor's move to the Heights strip mall through its new venture, Seminole Heights City Wine Bar, later this season.
The Brandon-based Rev opened its flagship store along Brandon Boulevard four years ago.
