On Friday, Dec. 21, the latest bar at Tampa’s Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino will open to the public, alongside a new casino section. L Bar, an elevated space covering 2,662 square feet, is located between the two hotel towers.
The 130-seat L Bar serves both classic and trendy aspirational cocktails under its lighting installation of 2,735 colorful crystal diamonds from Wimberly Interiors. Each specialty creation is made with fresh, seasonal produce and house-made syrups.
Options include the Cucumber Smash (cucumber vodka, macerated fruit, ginger beer, lime), blueberry margarita (silver tequila, blueberry liqueur, pineapple juice, lime) and Penicillin (Scotch, Islay mist, ginger honey syrup, lemon).
There’s also more than 30 types of bourbon to choose from, plus local and imported beer, wine and Champagne.
In addition to 24-hour service, L Bar features plush lounges, custom sofas with gold-studded tufting and sleek bar stools for patrons. The space’s stage, which mingles among opulent tones and modern textures, will play host to a rotating bill of live music on weekends, too.
“Just steps from the buzzing casino floor, L Bar is the place to enjoy killer cocktails and live music,” said Dawn Lazo, vice president of food and beverage.
