Although Ground Foods Cafe has been busy serving up vegetarian and vegan Italian eats in Seminole Heights since the beginning of the month, the concept is ready to celebrate with a grand opening this Saturday, November 2. The event is set to have a ribbon-cutting hosted by the Heights Urban Core Chamber, free food samples and coffee pours from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

Want to raise a glass to the new kid on the block? Pours of imported brews are $5. Ground Foods — located at 6428 N Florida Ave. — crafts dishes with organic and Italian imported ingredients, while also offering an exclusive line of imported Italian wine and craft beers from microbreweries.
