Sprouts Farmers Market means business. Perhaps the Phoenix-based specialty grocery chain really is one of the fastest-growing retailers in the country, because — on the heels of last month’s announcement — Sprouts revealed Thursday that Trinity isn’t the only new store in the works for Tampa Bay.
Riverview residents will soon have their own location to frequent for the organic foods and products that Sprouts stocks its shelves with. The store is planned for the Summerfield Crossing shopping center at 13120 U.S. Highway 301, but an opening date hasn’t been released.
Part of the statewide expansion of Sprouts, Riverview joins the chain’s list of forthcoming sites in Clearwater, Winter Park, Naples, Oviedo, Deerfield Beach and Wellington — plus the aforementioned Trinity. The greater Bay area, funny enough, is home to the five Florida locations that Sprouts operates.
