St. Pete Beach's Oyster Shucker has reopened as Oyster Shucker Craft & Draft. The updated restaurant at 650 Corey Ave. launched with a revamped menu and vibe Jan. 25.

Hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

In addition to water views from the dining room and covered deck, Oyster Shucker Craft & Draft offers a "chef-inspired menu" built upon "fresh and locally sourced ingredients," according to its website. Raw and broiled oysters, conch fritters, wings, catch of the day and po' boys are among the featured options.

There's a variety of booze to wash down the food, as well as draft and bottled craft beers and specialty cocktails. Libations range from the Hemingway Daiquiri to the frozen Rum Runner.

Oyster Shucker Craft & Draft serves up everything — including regular lunch and drink specials — in an atmosphere that's more sophisticated than what came before it. The restaurant has swapped underwater murals for a sleeker color scheme, for example, but 10 TVs are still around for sports fans.
