Mastry’s Brewing Co. on St. Pete Beach is celebrating its three-year anniversary with the release of three limited-edition bottles: A rum-barrel-aged saison with brettanomyces called “Hipster or Pirate”; the wine-barrel-aged “Pandemonium Puncheon” fermented mixed-culture blonde ale rested in a red wine barrel; and “Year 3,” a bourbon-barrel-aged barley wine with brettanomyces lambicus.

“The last three years sure have flown by,” Mastry’s CEO and co-founder Matthew Dahm wrote in a release. “We won’t stop here — we are constantly pushing ourselves to new levels and have some great things already in the pipeline for the upcoming year, including getting Mastry’s Brewing Co. into the package game and possibly a second location.”
