The small-batch ice cream shop, Bright Ice isn't wasting time opening its doors for St. Pete residents with a sweet tooth.

The new concept posted photos of various ingredients, like roasted strawberries and caramelized bananas, being prepped with the caption: "Production has begun! Come join us for a soft opening this Saturday…"

Bright Ice is located at 3701 5th Ave. N. in Central Oak Park., and will be open between 11 a.m.-7 p.m. during its first day of business.

The fast-casual retail shop is set to offer ice cream scoops, sandwiches, pints to go, espresso-based drinks, and pastries. According to Bright Ice's website, the concept specializes in small batches, "so that we can concentrate on the flavors and textures." Don't be late grabbing this scoop.
