
Paul’s Landing is ready to introduce the downtown waterfront to its signature line of booze. A launch party will welcome the Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club restaurant’s new Paul Landing Spirits beginning at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11.
The spirits were developed in partnership with St. Petersburg Distillery. Part of the distillery’s Old St. Pete brand, Tropical Gin, Beach Drive White Rum and Founder’s Vodka are the special-edition creations in the spotlight.
During the bash, attendees can pair three specialty drinks — including Citrus Needy (house-infused citrus rum, Tidal Boar Ginger Beer, mint syrup, fresh lime juice) and Cucumber Cooler (Nolet’s Dry Gin, Chareau Aloe Liqueur, house-made cucumber syrup, fresh lime juice, orange blossom water) — with a booze-inflected menu. Chilled jumbo gulf shrimp with Old St. Pete Gin cocktail sauce and citrus rum-glazed chicken skewers with tricolor quinoa tabbouleh are among the featured dishes.
Raffles, live music and games like cornhole and Yardzee on the lawn round out the festivities.
Food and drink tickets are available at the door, but the party is free to attend.
