Next week, Brick Street Farms kicks off its first farm-to-table feast of 2018 with Grace.
Grace, as in the modern American restaurant that took home Best Beach Cocktails during last year's Best of the Bay awards ceremony.
The St. Petersburg city farm has joined forces with Pass-a-Grille's Grace on what's billed as Family Dinner at 6:30 p.m. July 12. Hosted inside the restaurant's private dining room, the four-course collaborative meal — which highlights the hydroponic leafy greens and herbs Brick Street grows year-round in upcycled shipping containers — is limited to 36 seats.
As of Thursday morning, six spots were left.
Menu items include artisanal cheese and charcuterie with Brick Street honeycomb and herbs, heirloom tomato salad with Brick Street basil beans and greens, and grilled swordfish brochettes with Brick Street cherry tomatoes.
Expect Chateau Souverain wines from California's Alexander Valley on the table, too.
Tickets, which are available online, cost $85. Guests are asked to print out the email confirmation they receive from their purchase, because it acts as their day-of ticket.
