Between 6 and 8 p.m. Tuesday, the celebrated artisan bread company plans to offer a mid-week menu at its Ybor City headquarters, featuring items like eight-packs of French brioche and hot dog buns available for purchase.
Other options include crowd-pleasing sweets — among them brown sugar blueberry crisp with sprouted purple corn streusel, Mexican vanilla bean sugar cookies (Jamison B. suggests using the cookies for ice cream sandwiches), and Granny Smith apple crumble with slivered almonds and rum-soaked raisins.
