Ever wonder what this whole "raw food" thing is all about? Sweetwater Organic Community Farm will be educating patrons about the health benefits of raw foods and giving them a taste of it this Saturday, April 16.
Listen to lectures given by local raw food experts at Sweetwater and watch them prepare some tasty raw recipes as well. Raw food vendors will also be there selling ready-to-eat meals and snacks.
