Chef-driven, taco-focused restaurant Shaker & Peel is now open at 3159 Curlew Rd. in Oldsmar.
The menu is heavy with $3 and $4 tacos, plus array of salads, and shareables like fried artichoke hears, charred chicken wings, and ceviche (all dishes have a variety of proteins, seafood and vegetarian options). Other bites include wok bowls and side items like street corn, spicy cucumbers, and kimchi fried rice.
According to its social media, Shaker & Peel is all about farm-fresh ingredients, multi-cultural flavors; there's also a full bar where S&P pours cocktails like pineapple and strawberry margaritas.
Specials include weekday Taco Lunch Trays (three select tacos and sides for $10 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., Mon.-Fri.) and $2 off shareables every Thursday.
Shaker & Peel opens at 11 a.m. every day and closes at 11 p.m. (Mon.-Wed.), midnight (Thurs.), 1 a.m. (Fri.-Sat.) and 10 p.m. (Sun.).
