Creative Loafing is back with another 10-day extravaganza; this time around its Burger Week. From October 17-27, you can snag specials for $10 and under around Tampa Bay — all diners have to do is ask for the Burger Week special.
Some burger bites include The Creative Loafer for $9 at Clearwater’s 1933 Pub & Grill which includes an 8-ounce Angus burger topped with Capicola ham, jalapeño beer cheese, sliced red onion, lettuce, and tomato served on a toasted pretzel bun.
Dr. BBQ in St. Petersburg will have the Seoul Burger for $10; it's is a beef burger with Asian slaw, house-made kimchi, Gochujang sauce, and sesame seeds, served on a challah bun. Tampa's London Heights British Sports Pub is serving up the Pub Burger with fries for just $5.
Some establishments are also incorporating Jameson Irish Whiskey and Jameson Caskmates drink specials all so you can get your buzz on with your burger.
By the way, there’s a photo contest going down throughout Burger Week giving the winner VIP tickets to Creative Loafing's next event, gift cards from select participating Burger Week locations, and $200 in CL Deals. To get in on the action take a post a photo of your Burger Week burger on Instagram, add your location, tag @cltampabay and use the hashtag #TampaBayBurgerWeek. Competitors get an entry with each Burger Week post.
