C.W.’s On 3 A brand-new venue located on the third floor above C.W.’s Gin Joint on the 600 Block that is home to the historic Franklin Exchange and Wilson building. General admission to the soiree ($225) includes access at 9 p.m. to both Gin Joint and C.W.’s on 3, an open bar with premium spirits and signature cocktails, charcuterie and fresh raw oysters, plus a midnight champagne toast. A VIP option grants access at 8 p.m. that includes the above, plus a prix fixe at the Gin Joint, a bottle of Veuve Clicquot, and complimentary gift bag ($1,300 for a table of four). DJ Diesel Shaquille O’Neal apparently likes to do holidays in the Bay area. Last year, he did a Halloween DJ set at the Hard Rock, and this year he’s the headliner for a shindig on this pier on the Hillsborough River.
