Beach Bar & Restaurant is putting on a festival that allows locals to stop and smell the rosé.

No, really. The appropriately named Tampa Bay Rosé Fest is essentially a three-hour tasting of all sorts of rosé, planned for the waterfront restaurant from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday. Additional features include giveaways, a photo contest and entertainment.

Tickets for the inaugural fest cost $20 and are available for purchase online.

Part of the resort-style Godfrey Hotel & Cabanas Tampa, fka the Bay Harbor Hotel, Beach is also set to offer a summer-inspired spread of eats beforehand. Attendees looking to get their grub on prior to the Tampa Bay Rosé Fest can down menu items like shrimp and grits, omelets, carved meats, seafood and desserts.
