Yesterday, Sparkman Wharf took to social media to confirm renovations being made to the outdoor park.
"You may have noticed that big things are happening here at Sparkman Wharf! Renovations include a more modern and industrial facade, expansive office spaces that embrace wellness and sustainability, more ground-floor retail to complement our dining garden, safer roadways, and upgrades to the wharf. The excitement is building — literally!"
Exciting things are happening in Channelside, and Sparkman Wharf has brought back its popularity since its opening late last year.
These new renovations will make a visit to Sparkman an all-inclusive experience, while feeling safer without cars buzzing around.
Parts of the renovations, like the debut of new undisclosed retailers will debut to the park as soon as mid-2020.
