We’re still in lockdown, but think of how much fun you have sitting outside and ending the day off right with a cold beer. Now you can do it and say, “yuh” after every sip.

BOTB-winning Tampa Heights hipster haven King State (the eighth best coffee shop in the U.S., according to Food & Wine) now offers canned versions of its IPA 02, Pilsner, and cold brew. The beers and coffee come in four-packs for retail and to-go orders only. If you’d prefer to stay and hang for a while, the restaurant has them on tap.

The four-packs cost between $14-16. From the looks of a recent Instagram post, there’s enough for everyone. If you can’t drive to King State—located at 520 E. Floribraska Ave.—City Beautiful Beverage Co. is supposed to handle distribution of the beer and cold brew. A rep for the company said Social House, New World Brewery, Jug n bottle, Hawthorne Bottle Shop, Wicked Poor, Flatbread and Butter and Sonder have all signed up to carry King State cans in Tampa and St. Petersburg.

"Cans will be very limited though and wont be at all these spots," the rep added.

King State is open Sunday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Monday-Saturday 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Don’t forget your mask, and do know that King State has explicitly said that “Racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, and general hatefulness aren't tolerated here and you will be made to leave.”
