Several food and drink hubs throughout the region are set to appear on the fourth season of Emeril’s Florida, starting with Mise en Place, Cigar City Brewing and Bern’s Steakhouse.

During the premiere of the first episode, titled “Tampa Icons,” on Sunday, celeb chef Emeril Lagasse will taste sous vide venison loin and buttermilk panna cotta from Mise, followed by a Cigar City sampling and brewery tour and another tour around Bern’s, including a look at its ample wine collection.

Other stops planned for the season: the Clearwater Beach-based Palm Pavilion, downtown St. Pete’s Z Grille and Locale Market, Seminole Heights’ Rooster & the Till, RumFish Grill in St. Pete Beach, and an event in downtown St. Pete, where Emeril and guests cooked for the Association of Food Journalists a few months ago.

In the past, the Cooking Channel series has featured local eateries like Tampa’s Restaurant BT and Ulele, Michael’s on East in Sarasota and downtown St. Pete’s The Birchwood.
