Creative Loafing is back with another food and booze centric event, Brunched 2020. The event allows attendees to get in on all of the best brunch bites from popular restaurants throughout the Tampa Bay area. The most recent installment of Brunched will take place on February 22 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Tampa River Center.

This year's Brunched is set to host similar food offerings as last year— with the addition of bottomless mimosas and a bloody mary competition where guests can cast votes on which Tampa Bay restaurant makes the best beloved cocktail.  Because, well, brunch.

Tampa Bay favorites that are participating in this year's Brunched party are 7th + Grove, Anchor and Brine, Bulla, American Social, Luv Child, Maple Street Biscuit Company and Park & Rec, among many more. The restaurants that are competing in the bloody mary battle are Datz, Dr. BBQ, Ella's Americana Folk Art Cafe, Shuffle Tampa and Park & Rec.

Tickets start at $40, and if you’re feeling fancy, upgrade to the VIP ticket for double the price and enjoy free shareable bites during VIP-only hour. A portion of ticket proceeds will benefit Current Initiatives of Tampa Bay, a Florida-based nonprofit that gets people involved social justice endeavors.
