Thankfully the upcoming BeerFest 2019 hosted at the Tampa Theater is on Saturday, July 27, so you most likely won’t have to play hooky from work.
The theme for the fest is Ferris Brewer’s Day Off, which will run from 7-10 p.m. and will be packed with craft beers and local brew pours, along with bites from local restaurants like Ella’s Folk Art Cafe, King of the Coop and Shuffle.
Attendees are encouraged to wear garb inspired by the movie — dress as Cameron, Sloane, or Ferris himself.
Time to bust out that '80s cheetah-print vest. There will also be a red Ferrari on-site courtesy of Ferrari of Tampa Bay for prime photo-ops.
General admission tickets are $40 in advance, $65 at the door. Tampa Theater members can snag tickets in advance for $35, and $60 at the door.
Tickets can be snagged at the Tampa Theatre Box Office or online at tampatheatre.org.
