The brewery has officially taken over their own kitchen and has debuted their entire menu on Monday, July 29, crafted up by Chef Phillip Piasecki.
Coppertail Kitchen is cooking up typical bar shareables like wings and pretzels, alongside elevated eats like fish dip, cheeseboards, and buffalo cauliflower.
A variety of flatbreads, sandwiches, and salads are on the menu accommodating nearly any dietary restriction from meat lovers to vegetarians and vegans.
Want something sweet to go along with your booze? The kitchen thought of that.
Desserts bites include doughnut holes with dipping sauces and Night Swim Mousse made up of mousse infused with Coppertail's Night Swim Porter atop a chocolate-covered pretzel crust and topped with whipped cream.
Can't find a babysitter? There's a kid's menu with choices including a burger, flatbread, grilled cheese and chicken fingers served up with a side of fries.
Hours for the brewery are 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m.-midnight Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday.
