Ever since the news broke earlier this year that Filipino fast-food chain Jollibee was coming to the area, the hype has been high. Now, Jollibee fanatics are one step closer to their Chickenjoy, as the restaurant is officially hiring.

Job listing site Indeed.com posted two days ago that the yet-to-open Pinellas Park Jollibee location (4045 Park Blvd. N.) is hiring for part-time restaurant crew members and full-time supervisors. The site also categorizes these Jollibee positions as “Urgently Hiring.”

To pile it on, there’s also a large sign on the Jollibee building at 4045 Park Blvd. N. in Pinellas Park stating that the location is hiring and taking interviews from Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Construction is seemingly coming to an end for the new Filipino fast-food joint. The drive through menu is already up and lights on the inside and outside of the building are on.

Although an opening date for Tampa Bay’s first Jollibee has not yet been announced, the fact that they are hiring means that an official opening might be sooner than we think.
