Set to take over space located at 465 7th Ave N., the Bier Boutique will offer Midwest bites and an extensive selection of craft brews.
If owners Scott and Heather Brookey plan to host the same menu, we can look forward to dishes like beer candied bacon, wings, burgers and a selection of salads.
The space is set to have roll-up garage doors with bar, booth and communal seating.
As of late last month, BB was working on licensing and connecting with local vendors.
