Valrico hotspot The Brunchery is known for hefty breakfast and lunch plates of country-style home cooking — and it's launching a second location at 17507 Preserve Walk Ln. in Tampa.
The Tampa Palms location will essentially serve the same breakfast and lunch offerings, but with a few modifications. That means we can look forward to an array of Benedicts, loaded omelettes, stuffed French toast, decadent waffles and speciality pancakes among other classic breakfast dishes which the joint has been known for over the last 30 years of business.
Lunch offerings range from burgers and sandos to soups and salads. When CL called the Valrico Brunchery, a server confirmed that the second location is three to four weeks away from making its debut. In a social media post on September 25, The Brunchery announced the forthcoming location,
"The Brunchery has been an institution in the Valrico/Brandon area for over 30 years. Since I took over last year, sooo many customers have asked if I would consider opening up another Brunchery. Well the opportunity presented itself and here we are ❤️. I feel so incredibly fortunate to be in this community and this area," the restaurant wrote. "As a restauranteur for over 25 years, I see so many chain restaurants opening. To me, from the first time I stepped into The Brunchery here in Valrico, it was a special type of restaurant. Meaning, there was nothing about it that screamed 'chain restaurant.' It was unique the first day I visited as a customer and will stay that way. And I know people like that “local” feeling when they go to eat at their favorite breakfast/lunch place. I know I do 😉!"
Want to get a taste before the second location makes its debut? The OG location is stationed at 4389 Lynx Paw Trail in Valrico. Hours are 7:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday-Friday, 7:30 p.m.-3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. More details to come when an official opening date is announced.
