After nearly nine years of service, The Refinery will be shutting its doors for good next weekend. The last day of service will be Saturday, August 3.

The restaurant took to Facebook to announce its closure: "It's been an honor to be able to serve y'all since 2010, but everything must end!"

Along with the announcement, the team posted the final menu which includes an array of small plates including bourbon and spiced glazed snapper, watermelon salad and pork belly served with braised red cabbage, rosemary chili walnut butter, and celery root puree.

Going out with a bang, main course selections include a double-cut pork chop and a burger served up with miso/maple bacon and kimchi, along with other decadent plates for their final goodbye service. Dessert options include a Naner Pudding Tiramisu and a doughnut sandwich.

Within the post, The Refinery shared what is next for the team, "What's next? Well, Chef Greg is gonna kick back and relax for a minute. And Michelle is going to open The Idyllwild, a catering & event hall (more details to come!). The team is gonna kick back and relax for a minute, too! Lord knows, they deserve it. Then they'll be moving on to some new sure-to-become-hot restaurants. There is a 100% chance you'll see them at The Idyllwild whenever there is an event!"

Reservations are available through thetamparefinery.com, there will also be first-come-first-service walk-in tables available both inside and outside.
