Tampa writer and publicist Paul Abercrombie will be shaking up organic cocktails from his book Organic, Shaken and Stirred: Hip Highballs, Modern Martinis, and Other Totally Green Cocktails.

Sample the best in organic and fine wines, indulge in light cuisine and saunter through the gallery, listening to the music of Jazz Guitarist, Tom Jemmott.
