Tampa’s Epicurean Theatre has received an upgrade. Through a collaboration with premium appliance purveyor Sub-Zero Group, the kitchen gadgets inside the Epicurean Hotel culinary classroom were replaced with shiny new ones from Sub-Zero and its sibling brand, Wolf, including a refrigerator/freezer and a wine storage unit.
Other additions are a fuel range with six dual stacked burners and one dual stacked convection oven, an induction cooktop and a convection M Series wall oven and warming drawer.
The 40-seat Epicurean Theatre is used for everything from chef-led lessons to celebrations and team-building events, so scoring appliances from the industry-leading Sub-Zero Group is huge. The company is known for designing its products in Madison, Wisconsin, with reliability, superior craftsmanship and longevity in mind.
“This partnership goes well beyond having expertly engineered appliances from one of the most trusted names in the industry,” according to a statement from Epicurean Hotel General Manager Kevin Scott. “We will work to amplify the collaboration through innovative programming that will highlight Sub-Zero and Wolf in the Epicurean Theatre and throughout the hotel.”
