Next week, the popular Ramen & Waffles food truck is stepping in for downtown Dunedin's young Coattails Kitchen.

Coattails owners Traci Bryant Ferguson and Kurt Ferguson have embarked on their long-overdue honeymoon, which means their mobile pals at Ramen & Waffles plan to lead the culinary reins at Woodwright Brewing Co. And the temporary takeover — running Aug. 23 to 26 — is quite fitting, considering the Fergusons don't shy away from collaboration.

Founded in March 2017 and based in Dunedin, Ramen & Waffles specializes in, well, the obvious: jazzed-up waffles and bowls of ramen noodles.

Don't miss out on a different kind of street food in the Woodwright beer garden.
