For this week's episode of Top Chef Masters, six chefs from season 1 return: Graham Elliot Bowles, Jonathan Waxman, Ludo Lefebvre, Mark Peel, Rick Moonen and Wylie Dufresne. They're all wanting to prove themselves as Top Chefs and this time, they're out for blood.

The main event sees the chef'testants dishing up Irish staples, like shepherd's pie and bangers and mash, with a modern twist to old dudes in some random pub. Ludo doesn't think that Irish food is very sexy and wants to "put some love" in his dish — let's hope he's not taking this idea too literally. (See videos below)

At first I didn't think it was fair to have these six former contestants up against each other, but then I figured that maybe it is because, having been on the show before, they have an advantage in knowing what to expect.

From the looks of it, the chefs' main goals are as follows: Moonen wants to "cook his brains out" — here's hoping he's not into some weird Donner party/Dahmer fetish; Wylie "Coyote" is just hoping to not totally lose it this episode; Bowles' goal is simply to "humiliate Wylie"; I think Ludo just wants to be understood (thank goodness they have subtitles); and Waxman and Peel were just happy to be invited back.
