This week, we're down to the final four chef'testants on Top Chef Masters: Susur Lee, Rick Moonen, Marcus Samuelsson, and Jonathan Waxman.
For the Quickfire, the four remaining chefs pair up, are given their own cookbooks, then have to make like swingers and swap (cookbooks, that is), preparing a recipe from one anothers cookbooks.
The chefs then think they have the day off and are going to be able to enjoy a knee-slapping improv show at the Groundlings theatre — but, boy are they wrong. Rule #2 in Top Chef Masters: You never get a day off! The chefs learn that they themselves are going to have to perform a little improvisation when they are given 3 words from the audience to use as inspiration for their Elimination Challenge dish.
Who will be the final three standing and move on to the finale? The suspense is killing me. Seriously.
