Families looking for food deals this summer should make their way to TooJay’s.
With the purchase of one adult entrée, the New York-style deli, which operates locally in downtown Tampa (and Sarasota for those headed that way), will offer one free kid’s menu item to children ages 12 and under. The offer is valid every Wednesday through Aug. 31.
Kids will choose from a complimentary selection of favorites, including mac and cheese, burgers and chicken salad. Each meal is served with two accompaniments — Mandarin oranges, carrot sticks and chocolate pudding among them — as well as a signature TooJay’s black-and-white mini cookie.
Downtown Tampa’s TooJay’s is located in the SunTrust Financial Centre building, while the Sarasota restaurant is off South Tamiami Trail.
