On tonight's episode of Top Chef Masters:

We get to see the classic blindfolded taste challenge during tonight's Quickfire. But, this being Masters edition, of course the producers are going to throw some crazy twist at them. Not only will the chefs have to taste the food blindfolded, they'll also be wearing nose and ear plugs.

For the Elimination Challenge, the chefs are cooking dinner for a surprise engagement. Then, all of a sudden, Mary Sue pulls a Jamie and chops off the tip of her thumb. I tell you what, I don't know if I could remain as composed as Mary Sue was when that happened.

But the biggest question we're all asking this week: Where in the world is Ruth Reichl?
