Sprouts The supermarket made its debut this week in a 30,000-square-foot space. On Saturday, August 3, the market will host Taste of Sprouts on Saturday, where guests can sample trending and new products throughout the store. 8840 Strength Ave., Trinity.
Stone's Throw The raw bar is officially open at in the Heights serving up fresh seafood bites and pouring up signature cocktails while you drink in the sunset views. 304 W. 7th Ave., Tampa.
7th + Grove This Friday, July 26, the southern cuisine restaurant will officially open to the public. The menu is made up of elevated riffs on comfort food favorites like pimento cheese fritters, shrimp and grits and the Afro-Cuban sandwich. The Grove will kick off solely offering dinner and weekend brunch service. Hours will be Tuesday through Friday 4 p.m.-3 a.m., Saturday 11 a.m.-3 a.m., and Sunday 11 a.m.-7 p.m. 1930 E. 7th Ave., Tampa.
Bay Cannon Beer Co. Finally! The first brewery in west Tampa since 1936. Next Friday, August 2, the bar will host its grand opening at noon. Guests will be able to chill at the bar, booth or patio seating while sipping on BCB signature brews. The hours for the bar will be Friday and Saturday, noon-midnight, Sunday noon-7 p.m. 2106 W. Little Midway Ice Cream & Pastry Parlor The latest concept for the Bern’s Steak House family, this ice cream shop will be paying homage to the original Bern and Gert’s Little Midway from way back in 1954. The parlor will serve up a variety of scoops including macadamia — it’s Bern’s signature Dessert Room recipe, which took Bern Laxer seven years and more than 300 iterations to perfect. 1205 S. Noble Market A sake shop and gourmet Japanese market coming to Hyde Park. The market will offer meals to go as well as ingredients that are served up at Noble Rice. 226 South Blvd., Tampa.
Social Roost Kitchen and Bar A new full-service poultry-forward concept is coming to the ‘Burg in the coming months. Social Roost’s menu will be constructed of globally inspired chicken dishes, and host a full bar pouring up craft cocktails. 150 1st St. N., St. Pete.
Rocca The Heights District is getting ready to welcome a new Italian cuisine concept; the new joint will offer up views of the Tampa skyline. We can expect a handmade pasta-focused menu and an extensive wine list. 323 W. Palm Ave., Tampa.
Dead Bob’s Too The signage has been up for a while now, but the dive bar and restaurant has reassured fans via social media that the permitting has been approved and construction will begin in the coming weeks. The wait shouldn't be long now. 3681 South West Shore Blvd., Tampa.
GreenWise Publix Before you get excited, this supermarket will not offer the signature Pub subs — although it will have made-to-order meals. GreenWise’s emphasis is on health and plans to fulfill the needs of over 23,000 residents and professionals in the Channel District every day upon its debut in 2021. 815 Water Street, Tampa.
