In the spirit of American Craft Beer Week, Cycle Brewing has unveiled a new take on Rare DOS every day since Monday.

For anyone who's missed out, these daily releases of the downtown St. Pete brewery's much-loved brew begin with an 8 a.m. cash-only bottle release worth lining up for, followed by a draft tapping at 5 p.m.

Rare DOS aged in Wild Turkey, Heaven Hill and Woodford Reserve barrels are the three variants that've debuted so far, and beer geeks can still snag a Woodford pour in the Cycle taproom tonight (bottles for this one, like the others, are gone).

There's the DOS Brunch and the Rare Scoop collaboration beers in store for the rest of the week, as well. Thursday's DOS Brunch, which features Kopi Luwak coffee, was made with Denmark-based Mikkeller, while 3 Sons Brewing Co. out of Dania Beach partnered with Cycle on Friday's Rare Scoop, a Neapolitan beer ice cream.
