First up is Edge Rooftop Cocktail Lounge, reopening Friday, November 6. Edge is located within Epicurean Hotel stationed at 1207 S. Howard Ave. in Tampa. The rooftop bar snagged CL's Best of the Bay 2020 readers' pick for Best Hotel Bar. The lounge shutdown on July 1 due to COVID-19 regulations and pandemic concerns. Upon reopening, Edge is operating every Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m.-midnight. Whether you're a first timer or an Edge regular (prior to the pandemic shutdowns, of course), you'll get to taste the lounge's new food and cocktail menu, alongside menu staples and seasonal offerings. Just a heads up, capacity for the space is 125 guests. If you're not a fan of street parking, Edge offers complimentary valet parking in the Epicurean Hotel garage is available until 7 p.m.; $5 after that.
Edge's reopening is closely followed by Vantage Rooftop Bar operating out of Karol Hotel in Clearwater. Residing at 2675 Ulmerton Rd., Vantage along with the hotel itself is welcoming guests back on Wednesday, November 11. The rooftop bar offers both indoor and outdoor seating for guests. Blessed for climate controlled spaces with a view. When it comes to eats, there's a selection of grazing boards, fresh shucked oysters, burgers, alongside chef-inspired entrees. Upon opening, hours of operation for Vantage are set for 4-9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 4-10 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-11 p. m. Saturday, and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday.
