After looking for a brick and mortar location for nearly a year, popular local food truck Vanchetta has finally found a permanent home at Cage Brewing in St. Petersburg.

The “Rolling Rotisserie,” known for meaty hoagies and burgers, made the announcement on Facebook yesterday, saying it's set-up shop in the brewery’s backyard.

“Cage Brewing has allowed us to permanently set up shop in their backyard. It's an excellent location adjacent to downtown St Pete and the highway for everyone who wants to come and visit.,” said the post. “ If you aren't a beer drinker they have soft drinks, bottled water, wine, kombucha and more for sale.”

Vanchetta also pointed out that since social distancing is here to stay, they’ve built a large outdoor seating area, adding to Cage’s already large outdoor patio. “Between them and us we have a massive outdoor seating capacity, tables spaced 8 feet apart from each other,” said Vanchetta in the post. “Probably the most outdoor, socially distanced seating capacity in the downtown area as far as I know.”

The new location has been in soft-opening mode for the past two weeks.
