Refusing to take a break after announcing the location of the forthcoming St. Petersburg location of Chick'nCone at 425 Central Ave., franchisees Kyle Blanchard and Jennifer Hall are already looking for a second location in Tampa.
As we pointed out, the viral chicken sensation's Sunshine City location will be taking over the space of St. Pete's Lonni's Sandwiches — and before you freak out, Lonni's is moving right next door. Initially, Blanchard told CL that he and Hall thought downtown St. Pete seemed to be a better fit for the concept; but now they've decided to dive into both food scenes.
On Monday, Blanchard told CL that the duo is looking at a couple of places in Tampa, adding that he and Hall are excited to share a timeframe of the 813 location opening as soon as they lock down a space. Until then, we can scroll through the Chick'nCone feed and prepare for the fork-free fried treat set to debut in the 'Burg before the year is out.
