If you haven't heard of the eco/food documentary Food, Inc. then you may have been living under a rock this past year. The Oscar-nominated documentary by director Robert Kenner explores the food industry’s detrimental effects on our health and environment while opening our eyes as to what's really going on with our food and scaring the bejeezus out of us.
Whether it's your first viewing or if just want to watch it again, it will be airing tonight on PBS, as well as on their website from April 22 to April 29. Locally, it will be broadcast at 9 p.m. EST. (See their website for local listings.)
