Five ways to make the most of your weekend with food and drink.

Tons of local seafood and craft beer accompany live entertainment throughout the two-day Dunedin Seafood Festival, put on by Olde Bay Café and Dunedin Fish Market. Vendors at the annual community event, which runs Friday to Saturday at Edgewater Park, include restaurants, breweries, businesses and artists. The fest is family- and pet-friendly. Cheers to the weekend with wine at the Crisp, Dry Whites Tasting. From 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Winesmith guests sample offerings like an Alsatian riesling, Spanish verdejo and white rioja. Starting at 10 a.m. Saturday, learn what goes into creating four different pot pies — ranging from sweet to savory, from breakfast to dessert. Journey through the local craft beer scene's evolution with Grindhaus Brew Lab. Tampa Bay Craft Beer: An Exploration, hosted from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, examines the 1990s and on, with an in-depth look into the Bay area brewing community's present and future. Grab global fare during the inaugural Gasparilla International Food Festival. Festgoers are invited to explore a number of cuisines from around the world — including Caribbean, African, Indian and European, plus artisan desserts  throughout Centennial Park between 5 and 9 p.m. Sunday.
