But you don't need to wait that long to get your first taste of what's to come. The restaurant is inviting locals to take a peek inside the concept during their Summer Solstice Preview event.
Itching to get a seat at the table?
You can snag a ticket through eventbrite.com for one of three tastings throughout the weekend.
Friday, July 5, 7th + Grove will host a happy hour from 5-7 p.m., followed by more craft cocktails and light bites until 10 p.m.
On Saturday, you can reserve a seat for dinner service and cocktails from 5-10 p.m.
Sunday brunch will run from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
There will be limited seating for the event, so reservations are encouraged.
Each table reservation includes a complimentary glass of champagne for each guest and an appetizer for the table; $7 for reserved seating for one guest, $28 for a table of 4 and $42 for 7.
