I don’t know about you, but I have missed singing along with the anthems of Have Gun, Will Travel in a packed house, regretting my decisions the next morning. Well, start hydrating and warming up your vocal chords because the Tampa Bay icons—along with two other local celebs Geri X and Will Quinlan (pictured)—are back for an in-person show Friday at the Palladium. Expect to hear music from HGWT’s 2019 indie rock-adjacent album Strange Chemistry as well as the Americana jams they became famous for. The show will be socially distanced, and Hough Hall’s capacity is big enough to pack in almost 200 people and still be at 50%. Plus, the “ba ba da, ba ba das” from the crowd favorite “Blessing and a Curse” will be through required masks. We gotta take whatever gifts 2020 will give us at this point.
Fri. Nov. 6, 8 p.m. $25-$30, Hough Hall at the Palladium, St. Petersburg. mypalladium.org
