We all grew during the pandemic, and while that meant new pants for some of us, growth meant learning to live in the moment for R&B and pop-influenced Los Angeles songwriter Banks, who’s headed to St. Petersburg for a show at Jannus Live on Saturday, July 16.

During the pandemic, the 34-year-old locked herself away, turned off noise from the label machine, and focused on music and lyrics on the way to rediscovering a love for songwriting that is all over the 34-year-old’s fourth album, Serpentina.

Fifth Harmony alum Lauren Jauregui and Brooklyn songwriter Samoht open the show.
