Tampa power-pop outfit American Supermodel plays its first show in ages on Saturday.

Its new single โ€œIn My Head,” released last week, is a reminder that the feeling of not knowing what to believe never fades away for some, even those that strive to be as educated as possible.

American Supermodel will hit the Bayboro Brewing stage around 10 p.m. after an Aaron Akers and Finn Walling double-feature. Their 27-year-old band Hangtown kicks this St. Pete gig off, and Four Star Riot (featuring Steve Alex, whose uber-chill, โ€œindie rock kitchen sinkโ€ project Never Heavy would be the perfect choice for the late-night drive home) is sandwiched between.

Tickets are $12.51 until day-of when they increase to $17.85 for American Supermodel’s reunion show happening Saturday, May 17 in St. Petersburg.
