Johnny White’s back hurts (the Canadian DJ better known as Art Department had to cancel a gig in Holland last weekend). It might be from the heavy lifting he’s been doing since his No. 19 Music label became a one-man show, but we hope he’s feeling better before this SoHo set where he’ll bring an out-of-the-box approach to dance music (think heavier, dubby house and techno) to the floor.
