Fabulous things can emerge on the heels of economic chaos. Positively proving it: Fashion’s Night Out (FNO), a worldwide event designed to celebrate the fashion industry (and trigger retail sales). Everyone’s invited to the party, which was initiated by Vogue’s Anna Wintour in NYC. This year’s edition took place on September 6 and marked the 4th Annual Fashion’s Night Out.
I stepped out to FNO Tampa Bay at International Plaza with one wish: to find someone rockin’ a look. It took several whirls throughout the mall to capture some imagination, but here’s what I got. Interestingly, the gentlemen kind of had this one on lock.
