The Bay area has no shortage of Cons and nerd functions, but Tampa Bay's finest Whovians traveled both great distance and time to attend this year's Time Lord Fest, Florida's premier Dr. Who fan convention. The British sensation has been around forever, but has recently boomed in popularity, especially here in the States. The event included plenty of lavish cosplay, poorly imitated accents and even Dr Sketchy’s Timey-Wimey Fashion Show. No, seriously, that happened.
