CL’s Holiday Auction benefits the Children’s Home of Tampa Bay, and so does this Pinellas Park charity concert that leans hard on classic rock (Kansas’ Robby Steinhardt headlines the affair).

Organized by old-school Bay area radio lifer Bobby Friss, 100 percent of the proceeds from the show will go to the nonprofit.

In the past, Friss's benefit events have included Gene Simmons of Kiss, Billy Squire, Lou Gramm of Foreigner as well as many of Tampa Bay's best rock bands.

"I also donated the proceeds of my single 'Suzie Darlin' to the Children's Home [plus] performed and visited the kids often over that period," Friss told CL.

"After relocating to Michigan in 1995, my touring continues throughout the U.S. with many Florida dates, inspiring me the relaunch this incredible event."
