In March, Michael Trotter — a vet who began writing music while deployed in Iraq — will take time to get help for PTSD. On Saturday, he and his wife Tanya (collectively known as War and Treaty) returned to Tampa Bay for a show at Safety Harbor Music Center. Yvonne was there and has these photos to share.
